Course on the preparation of fresh pasta </ strong>: preparation of n ° 3 formats of traditional pasta (pici, ravioli, tagliatella) with explanation of the recipes and doses, with tasting.
Course to prepare a menu from appetizers to desserts </ strong>: preparation of a complete menu of traditional Tuscan dishes with explanations and recipe (dishes to be decided shortly in advance of the use of seasonal raw materials), with tasting of the works.
Course for the preparation of typical sauces and revisited dishes for first courses </ strong>: preparation and tasting of some typical sauces with fresh and seasonal ingredients and revisited sauces.
Introductory course to wine tasting </ strong>: tasting of four Tuscan wines (a red from Montepulciano, a Nobile di Montepulciano, a red from Montalcino, a Brunello di Montalcino) with an explanation of the wine tasting technique and related pairings in English.
Material supplied by us </ span>:
Autograph apron “Le Logge del Vignola” (in single use), disposable hat, gloves for preparation, written recipe book of the course, sheets, pen and all the raw materials necessary for the preparation.
The translation into English during the course, except for the presence of your guide, will be done by us.
The courses will last 2 hours in the morning, 9.30-11.30.
Minimum course for two people, for a person the payment of two fees is required.
